When You Fall Out Of Love...

 # the thing you fancied most about them is the thing that you start to resent💔 #settings you enjoyed together become places to be avoided due to despondent memories🌲 # some past times are hard to return to because of the mutual chemistry that flourished your initial connection⚽ #you deter from certain topics that you once revelled together in deep conversation💬 #you lack motivation in seeking a new relationship because there is a fear of repeating history or closing the chances of reconciliation... besides, you loved this person, why would you wish to replace them?🌹 #you idealise the positive aspects of the relationship. Hypothetically indulging in the fantasy that they were better than they were in reality😍 #you might question whether you actually ever loved them at all, and vice versa💭 #Bohemianism sounds waaay more appealing now🌙 #the main context of your prayers is a request for forgiveness and the humility to move on🙏 #you realise that a lot of their interests that ha...

The Girl Next Door...

Is it just me, or does it seem ever more insurmountable to establish meaningful relationships with people, of both genders, vice-versa. Whether you are looking for platonic ones or romantic encounters, the possibilities appear endless. With the art of new modes of communication, there are barely any excuses to find new friends and exciting lovers. In my limited perspective of 22 years, extensive study of psychology and sociology, I have discovered an element that contributes to the meaning of life. It is purely in those that we meet, the connections that we build and the quality of the time that we spend with said company. Admittedly, this is rooted in how much we go out of our boundaries or comfort zone to be around other human beings. Religion, employment and area of habitation all play key roles in finding these counterparts to our existence. We are in essence, the people that we spend our time with. It is too permissible in the modern age to avoid relationships all together if y...

Seven Pence

They say if it were easy, everyone would be doing it. I wish to express how important it is remind ourselves daily, that we should not allow societal pressures to overwhelm us too much. That we are all on our own unique path in life, and that you should never condemn yourself for feeling like you haven't achieved enough.  That somehow you are behind, or not doing good enough. The reality is, we are all in this gridlocked web of competitiveness, greed and survival. You should never feel guilty for attempting to create conditions that are more comfortable for yourself, because everyone is doing the same thing. It doesn't matter how long it takes you, how many times you fail, as long as you get back up again, fighting, then the world is your playground. See all the immigrants coming to the UK for a nicer lifestyle, for greater opportunities, somewhere to bring up their families in a safer, kinder environment. It is only natural that we want to make ourselves a happier home, and...

Why Valentine's Day

Image
This is a totally unrelated post about one of the most renown days of the year, celebrated around the world and expressed in very diverse styles. Typically, you would expect all the romantic couples to exchange gifts or at least spend some time together. On the day or over the weekend, you can guarantee at some point, they will either cuddle up in bed watching trash TV, to rekindle their frequent intimate hours of solace. Some folk like to boast their status by prudently conforming to give it 'The Big One' with a fancy meal in an over-priced restaurant around a bunch of strangers all imitating the exact, expected method of public displays of affection. With parks walks and cinema dates too.  But why? It is one of those days that makes the loners feel incredibly more single than they should already have to. If you are living alone, with no significant other, then it sure does highlight your Singledom. Do not fear, for Valentine's Day is simply another day of ...

Concepts About Love ♥

Hi All! I know it's been a little while, I just wanted to add how I have been caught up with work and my other projects around the blog, therefore I haven't been able to blog as consistently as I would like. Furthermore, I have exhausted a lot of inspiration on my creative photo-documentary which I would perhaps aim to publish this year, however, it is going to be on display at our Broadcast Media, End Of Year Show 2015! There we are going to have all of our finest productions exhibited for your pleasure! In the mean time, here is a journal post from before Christmas that resides on my other blog, that of which I prefer to keep on the DL. (It is rather dark I must admit! A bit like Taoism, though this is the lighter side) It is a good read, please take the time to skim through even if you are busy, as it might enlighten you, it certainly helped me ventilate some mixed thoughts and confusing emotions whilst writing it. I have shared it with one close mate, and decided to air ...
