To Health

"The gym is a playground for grown ups, and should be used in moderation, unless you're training for a competition or sporting event. Rehabilitation in your local gym can seriously improve your quality of life, not just for your body but for your mind..." To me, it is the same difference, only I am building my self through the atmosphere in a solitary way, with the company of waggish peers all on their own sacred journey to well-being and ultimately good-health. Street Spirit

A polite notice for future investors I didn't sleep all night, and I was worried about my future accommodation arrangements, how I would afford my bills and who I had been getting involved with, these last few weeks so much, that I waited for the shop to legally sell alcohol (10am) and I ended up with a bottle of Buckfast, by chance. I took it home, and altered my state of conscience, because I didn't believe in my own capacity to cope with belittlement of greedy landlords. I am still learning to achieve this with out drugs or alcohol. I am happy to say that I have quit smoking again, and I reserve a small bottle of Vodka on my dressing table, but that is all for now. I got into the square on my mountain bike as usual, as a means of escape, something compelled me to go the the skate park at Lady Bay earlier ...

Not All Hippie Types Take Drugs

Hi. It's about time I wrote something again for my readers! I have had an exponential roller coaster as usual since my last post. I have lost myself, attached to past events which are no longer existing in the present and unfortunately it has held me back in some ways. This blog entry is to identify a particularly odd episode of my life. It does involve recent events in Notts, fashion and of course, it's most important quality- is it's people! You know when you are just laying awake at night thinking about someone or something that just won't leave you and you are baffled at its power over your mind, we all have those nights. The key is to remain strong and take pleasure in the little things, even if it is just a cup of coffee on your settee in the morning, in the peace of your own abode. My fashion today consists of a pair of harem pants which are loose and lightweight material, especially nice for riding my bike in the sunshine. Remember, it is the little th...

The Gift Of Life

Image
I know my last blog entry may have seemed like I was on drugs or not feeling well, but at the end of the day, I think I was suffering an episode of poor-mental health, and at the time, it was a genuine attempt to get my ideas across to you readers and to tickle your imaginations a bit. Although I wouldn't wish any one to be plagued by my daft ideas day in, day out; it would drive you batty! I understand that some people like to read as a form of escapism, or to learn, or for entertainment, and sometimes the things I say or write about tend to bewilder the reader and can make them laugh, or cry. (Hopefully cry with laughter because they are the best kind of tears) Perhaps it gives leeway for bragging rights, I've never considered myself the type of person to narrate my entire life story each day to a bunch of strangers, yet I think that nowadays I have delicately obtained the subtle art of not giving a shit. That is to say, I will share with you what I deem appropriate ...
