I guess I may have to write something here, do I not? Having little notifications popping up intermittently in my emails and Facebook, with concern as to why I hadn't posted again since, well, it will almost have been a whole month now! I'm not going to hold back what I am about to reveal. I am sharing this information on my blog for a couple of reasons. 1) It may enlighten someone else, for them to know that they are never alone, no matter how difficult things have become, for I have surely been there. 2) Just because I am from an affluent area, fairly well educated and would appear to have very few problems, I do not wish others to assume I lack compassion for them too. Matthew Hunt triumphed in his authentic and intimate performance, "Honest" written by DC Moore, truly encapsulates the inner turmoil we each endure throughout our daily lives. This pretty little number caught my eye in an email sent from  Ark's website . I get regular bulletins from the company to my inbox, so I thought I'd have a browse of the current seasons new lines. This is the Paisley print play-suit; a timeless bohemian apparel, worth investing in for any treasured wardrobe. I adore these shades because they're a stylish differentiation from the classic aviator. They are just the retro vibe every one wants to entertain. These frames are bold but not exceedingly flashy, yet still remain to be a hippie favourite, and debut themselves in the spring/summer attire. I have some similar ones from Camden Market in London. It's been a busy week on the high street in Nottingham, but I stumbled upon an advert for the Independent Fashion Week, featuring new talent from designers and artists sponsored by the Creative Quarter in Nottingham. On Tuesday I headed down to St Mary's Church, a beautiful venue in itself to host the fashion event, which on the contrary I found rather bizarre that such a thing would be centred in a traditional place of worship, but that's up for public opinion. I digress. The evening promoted fresh style and craftsmanship for both men and women to work day and night. From tailored outfits to some suggestible gothic spirit looks. There was interpretive dancing, live music from Blessing Magore also. A genuine effort to put on an entertaining performance was evident. In hindsight, I'm glad I went along, there was lots of photographs being taken, an air of anticipation, and little left to be desired.
